**PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY SIGNING UP FOR OR PARTICIPATING IN myPerks® OR OTHERWISE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND RECOGNIZE THAT YOU MAY BE WAIVING CERTAIN RIGHTS.
YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN myPerks® IS SUBJECT TO YOUR CONTINUED COMPLIANCE WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT PARTICIPATE IN myPerks®.
CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN myPerks® AFTER CHANGES HAVE BEEN MADE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE REVISED TERMS AND CONDITIONS THEN IN EFFECT. YOU AGREE THAT YOU WILL REVIEW THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS PERIODICALLY AND THAT YOU SHALL BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND ANY MODIFICATIONS TO THEM.
We hope you will familiarize yourself with these myPerks® Terms and Conditions, because they reflect how the Program operates, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you. If there’s anything you don’t understand, ask us, either by sending us an email or calling Customer Care at 1-800-765-6934.
The Program consists of two Reward Tiers: myPerks Member™ and myPerks Pro®. Customers must earn a minimum of 2,500 perks during the earning period or make a minimum of 25 Qualifying Trips (as defined in the Section titled “myPerks Pro® Membership”) during the same time period (as described in the Section titled “myPerks® Earning and Membership Periods”) to be eligible for and to remain in the myPerks Pro® Tier. Customers who are not eligible for myPerks Pro® can participate in the myPerks Member™ Tier. Both Tiers of the Program allow you to earn perks and redeem perks for discounts. The myPerks Pro® Tier provides advantages over the myPerks Member™ Tier, including exclusive earning opportunities such as earning perks at a quicker rate or additional perk earning opportunities, among other benefits.
Transition from fuelperks+® to myPerks® Please take notice that customers who already have an existing fuelperks+® account and register for myPerks will automatically transition to the myPerks Program. You will have your fuelperks+® converted so they can be redeemed as “dollars off rewards”, which are available under the Program. In doing so, you agree to follow the applicable rules for the myPerks Member™ Tier or myPerks Pro® Tier of the Program described in these myPerks® Terms and Conditions. “Dollars off rewards” allow for every 50 perks to be redeemed for $1 off your grocery or fuel total. Your fuelperks+® will convert to myPerks Member™ or myPerks Pro® rewards, if eligible, within 48 hours after you transition to the Program.
myPerks Pro® Membership You can become a myPerks Pro® by: 1) Earning a minimum of 2,500 perks through our partners Giant Eagle®, Market District®, Giant Eagle Pharmacy® and GetGo® only; OR 2) Making 25 Qualifying Trips to GetGo® within the earning period.
A “Qualifying Trip” is when you make a purchase of at least $5 inside GetGo® or purchase at least 5 gallons of fuel at a GetGo® pump. Each GetGo® transaction counts separately.
Booking.com and myPerks Shops earnings are not included in the myPerks Pro earning qualification criteria.
The following purchases and perks will be counted towards the 2,500 perk threshold needed to earn and maintain a myPerks Pro® account:
• Base perks earned on grocery purchases at Participating Locations (as defined in the “Earning Perks with myPerks Partners” section below): 1 perk earned per $1 spent • Base perks earned on fuel gallons purchased: 2 perks earned per gallon pumped • Base perks earned on prescriptions filled: 5 perks earned per qualifying prescription. See restrictions below in Giant Eagle Pharmacy. • Base perks earned on gift card purchases: 1 perk earned per $1 spent • Bonus perks earned through promotions and games as available and described in the promotion or game terms
The following purchases and perks do not count towards the 2,500 perk threshold needed to earn and maintain a myPerks Pro® account: • Bonus gift card perks • Extra perks earned by myPerks Pro® (50% bonus perks on groceries, additional 1 perk per fuel gallon pumped and additional 5 perks per qualifying prescription)
myPerks® Earning and Membership Periods Earning and membership periods occur in 6-month intervals: January thru June and July thru December. Perks earned during the earning period count towards the 2,500-perk threshold needed to reach a myPerks Pro® account for the associated membership period. If you reach the 2,500-perk threshold or make 25 Qualifying Trips to GetGo® during the earning period, you will be moved to myPerks Pro® status within 48 hours and will maintain that membership through the end of that earning period and the associated membership period. • Earning period: January thru June = Membership period: July thru December • Earning period: July thru December = Membership period: January thru June (following calendar year) For example, if you transition to myPerks Pro® status on October 20, 2022, (July through December earning period), you will be put into the myPerks Pro® status program on October 21 and will maintain myPerks Pro® status through June 30, 2023. Conversely, if you do not either earn the required 2,500 perks or make 25 Qualifying Trips in the subsequent earning period, your myPerks Pro® status account will revert to a myPerks Member™ status account. You will be eligible to transition back to myPerks Pro® status once you have earned the required 2,500 perks or make 25 Qualifying Trips.

“Participating Location” - Giant Eagle Pharmacy®
“Qualifying Purchase”* Including 1 perk per dollar spent on prescription co-pays. Maximum of $75 in Pharmacy earnings per year (including Pet RX, Contact Lenses, and At Home Medical Supply perk earning.)
myPerks Member™ Status Earning* 5 perks on every qualifying* prescription you fill. 1 perk per dollar spend on Pet RX, Contact Lenses and At Home Medical Supplies.
myPerks Pro® Status Earning* 5 perks on every qualifying prescription* you fill, multiplied by 100% for a total of 10 perks per qualifying prescription. 1.5 perks per dollar spend on Pet RX, Contact Lenses and At Home Medical Supplies.
Gift cards can earn a maximum of 5x perks. This means that on days or for purchases where you are eligible to receive additional perks multipliers, you will not receive more than 5x the perks amount of your gift card purchase price. For example, if you buy a $100 gift card, you earn 100 perks immediately and another 50 perks as part of your myPerks® multiplier. On bonus perk days, you may receive additional perks, but you will only be eligible to receive a maximum of 500 perks total for your $100 gift card purchase.
***Perks are not earned on state and federally funded prescription purchases, including but not limited to Medicare, Tricare, Medicaid, and PACE, excluding out-of-pocket pharmacy totals (such as deductibles or copayments for prescriptions). There is a earning cap of $75 per year per household (including PetRX, Contact Lenses, and At Home Medical Supply perk earning.).

Eligibility Terms Includes select Giant Eagle®, Market District®, Nature’s Basket® and Great-to-Go® labelled items, including certain items in the following departments: grocery, health, inedible grocery, dairy, frozen foods, frozen meat, baby, breakfast/baking, beauty, packaged beverages, grab and go, candy, packaged bread, pre-packaged salads, kosher, salty snacks, pre-packaged sweet snacks, alternative snacks, packaged ice cream/novelties, and personal care items. Deli, produce, meat, seafood, prepared foods, bakery and other departments not listed above are not included in the discount.
myPerks Member™ Status Earning 1 perk per $1 spent on select Giant Eagle®, Market District®, Nature’s Basket® and Great-to-Go® labelled items (subject to certain exclusions and limitations as outlined in the Purchase Exclusions and Restrictions section below), each a (“Qualifying Purchase”) earned and then multiplied by 100% for a total of 2 perks per $1 spent.
myPerks Pro® Status Earning 1 perk per $1 spent on select Giant Eagle®, Market District®, Nature’s Basket® and Great-to-Go® labelled items (subject to certain exclusions and limitations as outlined in the Purchase Exclusions and Restrictions section below), each a (“Qualifying Purchase”) earned and then multiplied by 3, for a total of 3 perks per $1 spent.
Partner - Booking.com ® (Hotels only)
Eligibility Terms You may be awarded perks through your participation in the joint branded website through the myPerks & Booking.com program. All myPerks program rules and regulations apply. By entering your myPerks details, you agree for your membership details and a limited amount of information about your booking to be shared between myPerks and Booking.com. It is not possible to claim for previous bookings if the check-out date has already passed. It may take 8-12 weeks for perks to be processed and credited to your account. The final price is the amount provided by the myPerks partner who maintains sole discretion and has the final decision on the value. To be eligible to earn myPerks, all bookings must be made through the myPerks mobile app linked to the co-branded website. The Advantage Card number must be provided at the time of booking in the box provided for perks to be credited to your myPerks account. Any bookings made directly with Booking.com will not qualify for myPerks. myPerks reserves the right to change or remove this offer at any time without prior notice.

Eligibility Terms Our myPerks Shop partners are available only via the myPerks app – see further details below. Each partner page will indicate the information needed from you to enable you to earn perks. This may include your name, Advantage Card number and other information. Earning perks will often be subject to our partners’ terms and conditions (in addition to these myPerks Program Terms) which will be made available to you at the time you deal with our partners. The time at which perks are credited varies depending on the partner. Sometimes you will receive perks shortly after you pay for an activity. In some circumstances, perks will only be awarded once the window to return any goods has lapsed. We do our best to ensure that the terms and conditions of our partners inform you of the time it takes to credit perks to your account. myPerks reserves the right to change or remove a partner at any time without prior notice.
myPerks Member™ Status Earning spend is determined by the individual retailer and is displayed in the myPerks app.

Redeeming Perks For a myPerks Member™ status and myPerks Pro® status, for every 50 perks accumulated, you can enjoy a “dollars off” reward redeemable for $1 off your next grocery or fuel total purchase at Participating Locations. When you use the value of the redeemed perks to make a purchase at Participating Locations, you will earn perks on the items purchased in the redemption transaction, excluding items paid for with dollar rewards and any applicable taxes, deposits, fees, etc. For example, if you have $10 in “dollars off” rewards and spend $100, you will earn perks on the $90 less any applicable taxes, deposits, fees, etc. you paid and not on the remaining $10 you received as a reward for your accumulated perks.
Where to Redeem Perks You may redeem your perks at any Giant Eagle®, Market District® or GetGo® Participating Location, subject to certain exclusions and limitations as outlined in the “Purchase Exclusions and Restrictions” section below.
Restrictions on Redemption:
• Perks can only be redeemed in whole dollar increments in a single transaction.
• If redeeming perks on a fuel purchase at GetGo®, the reward/discount must be used on the total purchase in a single transaction for one vehicle. • You can redeem as many myPerks rewards/discounts as you have available in one transaction on eligible items; however, you cannot redeem perks for an amount greater than the transaction total.
Our partners may change.
Our myPerks Shops partners may change from time to time upon reasonable notice. Our partners may, at any time, with or without notice, withdraw from myPerks or change their terms of business or terms of supply of goods and services. We do our best to keep the myPerks app up to date so you know how and how many perks you can earn for specific activities, and how many perks you need to spend to obtain rewards; however, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of these platforms. The number of perks you can earn or the number of perks you need to spend to obtain a reward may change at any time, with or without notice. No compensation if a partner leaves the myPerks program. We will not provide compensation or any substitute reward if a partner withdraws from myPerks. We will use reasonable efforts to update our platforms to reflect changes to partners. We will honour perks which have been allocated and reported by a partner prior to its withdrawal from the myPerks program.
**Expiration of Perks PLEASE NOTE THAT WE HAVE EXTENDED THE PERKS EXPIRATION PERIOD TO MAY 31, 2023. This means that you can use your perks until May 31, 2023, at which time any remaining perks will expire in accordance with these myPerks® Terms and Conditions and any other information we have provided regarding the switch from fuelperks+ to myPerks.
After May 31, 2023, the expiration of perks are as follows:
All myPerks members will have three full months+ to use their perks. Unused perks will expire at the end of the third full month after they are earned. For example, perks earned any time in May will expire on August 30.
All myPerks Pro members will have one year+ to use their perks. Unused perks will expire at the end of the next full calendar month after a full year of non-use. For example, perks earned any time in May 2023 will expire on June 30, 2024.
Perks and rewards will be tracked electronically on your Advantage Card or digital myPerks account and may be displayed on your receipt, in the Giant Eagle® or GetGo® mobile apps (if you have downloaded it to your smartphone), and on our websites, located at gianteagle.com, marketdistrict.com, and getgocafe.com.
You can link one Advantage Card to your myPerks Digital Account. Multiple Advantage Card memberships cannot be linked or used to earn perks or redeem rewards in relation to the same transaction.
You may sign up for personalized offers and promotions in relation to your myPerks Digital Account sent directly to you your preferred communication channel (i.e., email or SMS). Any personalized offers will be subject to additional terms and conditions which will be posted on our myPerks mobile app.
Personalized offers are for your personal use only and cannot be shared with any other members of myPerks or a third party. For more information about how we collect and use your personal data, please visit our Privacy Notice.
The list of products eligible for each game and the minimum purchase amount required is available on the www.myPerks.com/Play site.
Each purchase of a product eligible for the game will be counted by myPerks. You can find out the threshold for each game by visiting the myPerks Site.
The number of purchases and/or spending taken into account in the progress of a game will be the net amount after discounts and less any applicable taxes, deposits, fees, etc. on the date of update appearing at the top right of the site.
For example, if product X is sold for $2 with an immediate $0.20 discount at checkout, myPerks will take into account the amount actually paid by you for the calculation of the game – i.e., $1.80 – less any applicable taxes, deposits, fees, etc.
For each game won, i.e., once the purchase threshold has been reached, the corresponding discount or perk award level applies for purchases made during the Period. At the end of the Period, you will benefit from a Loyalty Advantage (discount or perk award based on products purchased during the Period) which will be credited to your Loyalty Account.
A maximum discount and/or or perk award limit is fifty (50) dollars inclusive of all Members in a household, on all ten games carried out throughout the game Period.
Crediting the myPerks Loyalty Account Members who have successfully reached their game(s) threshold level at the end of the Period, i.e. the last day of the month, will see their myPerks Loyalty Account credited with the amount indicated on the myPerks Play Site for each game, in the following month.

Acceptance of the general conditions Your participation in the “myPerks Play” games constitutes your acceptance of the myPerks® Terms and Conditions. “myPerks Play” games may be modified or discontinued by Giant Eagle or its affiliates at any time, for any reason.
myPerks Pay is a payment option that allows guests in the myPerks program with a checking account to pay quickly and securely by scanning their Advantage Card at checkout. You must participate in the myPerks loyalty program to enroll in myPerks Pay. Once enrolled, myPerks Pay can be used at participating Giant Eagle, Market District, Pharmacy, GetGo, or WetGo locations.
Enrolled myPerks Pay members will receive an instant price rollback ranging from 5 to 30 cents on every gallon of gas purchased with myPerks Pay at participating GetGo locations. The myPerks Pay discount varies by location and is subject to change.
Additionally, myPerks Pay offers promotional perk earning opportunities for a limited time for new members or for using myPerks Pay at checkout at participating Giant Eagle and Market District locations. Promotional perk earning opportunities may be communicated to myPerks members through the myPerks app, email or other marketing channels. These communications will note the promotion period in which the offer is valid and when the offer expires. Bonus perks earned are subject to our standard exclusions and restrictions. Notice: In the event your debit payment is returned or deemed unpaid, the funds owed to us will become immediately due and payable to us. You agree to fully pay the unpaid balance and any applicable return service fee up to $35 or the maximum amount allowed by state law.
YOUR ACCESS OF myPerks Pay, POWERED BY BIM, SERVICES AND YOUR AGREEMENT BELOW MEANS YOU HAVE ACCEPTED ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF, AT ANY TIME, YOU NO LONGER AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MUST CALL BIM CUSTOMER SERVICE at 844-990-1950 TO CLOSE YOUR myPerks Pay ACCOUNT. Calculating Discounts When you redeem your perks for rewards/discounts on purchases, the amount of discount you receive is calculated after all store discounts, coupons (including manufacturer coupons), gift card purchases and anything listed in the Purchase Exclusions and Restrictions below have been subtracted from the order.
Special Promotions From time to time, myPerks Partners may offer special promotions to a specific Members, or a geographic market, that may not be offered to everyone. If you are part of that special group and/or market, we will notify you via in-app messaging, store signage, circular distribution, or through email (if you have provided one). Information on the details, limitations, perks accumulation, and expiration of these special promotions will be included in the notice contained in the myPerks mobile app.
Purchase Exclusions and Restrictions Perks are not earned on purchases of alcohol and tobacco products, price-controlled milk products (PA only), and any other items prohibited by law. Perks are not earned on state and federally funded prescription purchases, including, but not limited to Medicare, Tricare, Medicaid, and PACE, excluding out-of-pocket pharmacy totals (such as deductibles and co-payments for prescriptions).
Perks are not earned on Giant Eagle®, Market District®, or GetGo® gift cards or on Visa prepaid reloadable cards. Amazon.com gift cards earn perks at a rate of one-half of a perk for each $1 spent on such gift cards and are excluded from any bonus perks offers or events. Visa and Mastercard branded cards are excluded from any bonus perk offers or events. Perks applied to a first sign-up of an annual product/service purchased through the myPerks app will not be earned again on subsequent renewals of the annual subscription. Sports Betting category gift cards are excluded from bonus perk offers or events unless otherwise specified.
Postage stamps, kerosene, money orders, Western Union, WetGo Unlimited® and money transfer transactions are not eligible for perks. Purchases for entertainment options such as Redbox or similar services, amusement or entertainment tickets, Market District® cooking school classes, and wine or beer dinner tickets do not earn perks. Administrative activities, including but not limited to the purchase of copy or fax machine services, delivery charges, fundraising activities, donations, returned check services fees, do not earn perks. In all cases, you do not earn perks on the amount of sales tax and/or other taxes paid in any transaction, in additional to applicable deposits, fees, etc.
Redemption Exclusions and Restrictions Perks redeemed for rewards cannot be applied as discounts toward the purchase of any of the following: gift cards, telecom products, alcohol or tobacco products, price-controlled milk products purchased in Pennsylvania, kerosene, Visa prepaid reloadable cards, any prescriptions (including third party insurance or government programs such as Medicare, Tricare, Medicaid or PACE programs), lottery tickets, postage stamps, money orders, Western Union money transfer transactions, Redbox, amusement or entertainment tickets, Market District® restaurant purchases, Market District® cooking school classes, wine or beer dinner tickets, copy or fax machine service, delivery charges, fundraising activities, donations, returned check service fees, ship to home items, and any other items prohibited by law.
Perks are never redeemable for cash, have no direct cash value and are not valid with any other offer, except as outlined herein or in the Special Promotions section above or elsewhere in these terms and conditions. Perks and rewards cannot be sold or in any way transferred to anyone else, including other Loyalty Accounts, Cards, people, or organizations. You may be removed permanently from the Program or suspended for engaging in any actions that, in the sole and exclusive determination of Giant Eagle®, undermine or attempt to circumvent these terms, the fair use, and/or fair play of the Program. Only one Card and Loyalty Account per natural person. Fuel restriction: You are limited to a maximum of five (5) fuel redemptions per day and thirty (30) fuel redemptions in any calendar month.
General Conditions Unauthorized Access to your myPerks® Account
The Advantage Card number (AC#) is used to keep track of myPerks. Please keep your password and your AC# for your myPerks® digital account safe at all times. The AC# is considered Giant Eagle confidential and proprietary information. We also recommend that you update your password regularly. Please notify Customer Care if there has been any unauthorized use of your myPerks Account or you have lost your Advantage Card.
Third Party Websites
Our Website, App, and any electronic communications sent to you, or any materials provided to you online or digitally, may include links to other websites, content or resources, which are hosted, offered or provided by third parties (including our Partners, or its affiliates). You understand and agree that we:
(a) do not have any control over and do not monitor those third-party websites, content, or resources;
(b) do not provide any undertakings, representations or warranties, and are not responsible for any of those third-party websites, content or resources (or any products, goods or services promoted, referred to or offered on the third-party websites or resources); and
(c) do not endorse any of those third-party websites, content or resources, or any advertising, products, goods, services or other materials made available from such third-party websites or resources.
PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS AND TERMINATION GIANT EAGLE®, MARKET DISTRICT®, AND GETGO® RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DISCONTINUE, REDUCE OR MODIFY THIS PROGRAM AT ANY TIME, EITHER ACROSS MARKETS OR WITHIN SPECIFIC STORE OR GEOGRAPHIC MARKETS, AND WITH LIMITED OR NO ADVANCED NOTICE.
Any significant changes to the Program that affect everyone will be reflected in these myPerks® Terms and Conditions. Any significant changes to the Program (other than Special Promotions, which will be communicated as outlined below) that affect only specific markets, will be reflected in store signage, circular or other messaging and email communications (if you have provided your email address) or otherwise communicated to you. Any significant changes to the Program will be prospective and you will have a limited opportunity to redeem any previously earned perks prior to the effective date of the changes to the Program. Your continued participation in the Program following any such change will constitute your acceptance of any such change.
